Hello again, I’m Alice. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been a practicing psychotherapist since 2003.

In my counseling work, I assist clients in restoring calm and balance, so they are able to hear their own inner wisdom. I prioritize SELF-AWARENESS, PREVENTION, SIMPLICITY, and HOLISTIC WELLNESS EDUCATION.

I come from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework and have experience working with a variety of populations and client concerns (read more here).

Since becoming a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT) I also incorporate a unique blend of yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and pranayama (breathing practices) into my work with clients.  Neuroscience research is steadily backing up the value of these added interventions on our mental well-being.

My rate for counseling is $125 per hour and I currently accept United Healthcare Student Resources (*not the standard United Healthcare) insurance.  Limited sliding fee scale appointments are available.
