I OFFER VIRTUAL PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS AND WILL TAILOR THE POSES, MEDITATIONS AND BREATHWORK TO YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS AND CHALLENGES.  

YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE GUIDELINES TO CONTINUE YOUR OWN HOME PRACTICE.

Here are some of the options for private yoga sessions:

  • Yoga Tools for Anxiety

  • Yoga Tools for Depression

  • Yoga 101 - Learn the Basics

  • Yoga to Align the Chakras

  • Yoga for Specific Challenges (infertility, trauma recovery, body image concerns)

Yoga sessions are $125 or give yourself some accountability (and save $$) by getting 3 sessions for $325. Limited sliding fee appointments available.
