*The HEALING MANTRAS AND MINDSET RESETS are specific to your thought distortions, medical concerns, and energetic imbalances identified by the questionnaire. You’ll get cute printables so you can post them around your space as reminders and reinforcement.

*Your SUPER8 YOGA POSES are the 8 poses that give you the most “bang for your buck” in terms of healing. I’ll also explain which of your specific mind, body, or space concerns each pose addresses and any relevant acupressure and/or trigger points to accelerate the process.

*MINDFUL DECORATING ADVICE will help you create a haven that supports your well-being and addresses specific imbalances with essential oils, crystals, colors, and houseplants.

*ORGANIZING and TIME MANAGEMENT HACKS based on your needs and that work with your natural flow and dominant Ayurvedic dosha tendencies.

*1 HR GET IT GOING CALL: Once your Calm Plan is ready we’ll meet to discuss the results and the overall plan of action. We’ll decide if you want to start with your Mind, Body, or Space and set up a schedule for our support calls.

*1/2 HR CLEAR MIND CALL: We’ll practice mindset resets and quick mindfulness meditations to transform your unhelpful thoughts and get on your support team.

*1/2 HR CALM BODY CALL: I’ll guide you through a "Just for You" Yoga Practice with customized breathwork.

*1/2 HR PEACEFUL SPACE CALL: You’ll get tips and tools to create a space that supports your well-being, organizing your time, and practices to protect and clear your energy.

*45-MIN VIRTUAL SPACE CONSULTATION: Get real-time decor, organization, and layout advice for your home or office. You’ll submit pictures & questions beforehand and we’ll check out your space and discuss it all in this call.

*1/2 HR BONUS SUPPORT CALL: To revisit any area you want to talk about more, to bring it all together, discuss next steps, and make a plan for accountability.

*can be broken down into 3 monthly payments of $567 each

*Support calls can be recorded so you can refer back to them anytime, anywhere! Additional support calls can be purchased for continued follow-up and accountability.

  1. You’ll start by APPLYING FOR THE PROGRAM (so we can make sure this is a good fit for you). If so, you’ll register, set up payment, and get started with the questionnaire when you’re ready. You’ll need to set aside about 30 minutes to complete it.

  2. This detailed, INTEGRATIVE QUESTIONNAIRE allows me to fine-tune your Calm Plan to make it effective and efficient. It will ask you to provide information about things such as characteristics, biggest worries, top medical concerns, any areas of pain/tension, organizational and space challenges, and other information to help me determine:

    1. top strengths and imbalances in your mind, body, and space

    2. your primary and secondary AYURVEDIC BODY TYPE (DOSHA)

    3. a complete CHAKRA HEALTH REPORT (don’t worry - I’ll explain all about chakras & doshas later).

    4. HEALING DECOR & ORGANIZATIONAL SUGGESTIONS

  3. Once I receive your completed questionnaire, I’ll get to work tabulating results, identifying dominant themes, and making important connections (a.k.a my favorite part :). I’ll then synthesize the information to begin the creation of your CUSTOM-MADE CALM MIND-BODY-SPACE PLAN. I may contact you with questions after I review your questionnaire. Otherwise, I’ll be in touch within 2 weeks (or less) and we’ll schedule our Results and Overall Plan of Action Call!

  4. In this first call, I’ll explain and interpret your results, we’ll discuss an overall plan of action, and schedule your 1:1 “ASK ALICE” SUPPORT CALLS. During these calls, I’ll guide and support you through implementing, troubleshooting, and sticking with your Calm Plan in a way that works best for you.

 

How do I know if I’m a good fit for this program?

On the other hand, this program may not be a good fit for you right now if you are currently struggling with significant mental or physical health concerns, are in crisis, or have experienced a recent loss, injury, traumatic event, or hospitalization.

PLEASE NOTE: This coaching program is not professional mental health counseling/psychotherapy nor is it professional medical care.  It is not meant to be a substitute for either but rather a complement to them.  


How is this 1:1 Coaching Package different than mental health counseling?

Integrative Anxiety Coaching and these offerings are not mental health counseling and are not intended as a substitute. This program does not diagnose or do any psychological or medical testing for mental or physical disorders.

Generally speaking, coaching has a more specific focus and centers around gaining skills where you are currently, as well as future goals and changes you want to make moving forward. It is meant to address a non-clinical level of need.

How do the “Ask Alice” 1:1 Support Calls work?

Once your Calm Mind-Body-Space Plan is complete, I’ll contact you to set up our first live video support call to review your questionnaire results and start with your Calm Plan. We’ll also make a schedule for the remaining 5 support calls.

Calls are typically scheduled every 2 weeks for consistency and accountability but can be adjusted based on your scheduling needs. All support calls included with the 1:1 coaching package must be used within 4 months of registering.

During each call, we’ll troubleshoot, answer and ask any questions, discuss the next steps, and what tools from your toolkit you’ll be practicing between calls.


Can I get a refund once I’ve registered?

There are no refunds once you’ve registered. It’s hard to take the first steps to prioritize ourselves and our well-being. If you’ve decided to register, you’re ready.

Sometimes it takes the push of being accountable to an investment and if that’s what helps you start tending to your own needs, I’m here for it!
